Boiler Repair, Servicing & New Boilers in Larkhall

Titan Heat covers Larkhall and the ML9 area, including Ashgill, Netherburn and Stonehouse. From our base in Blantyre it's a short run down the M74.

Heating in Larkhall

Larkhall is a former mining town with a lot of solid terraced and ex-council housing, plus newer private estates that have grown up around the town in recent years. Most homes run combis; the older ones are increasingly at the age where repair costs start to add up, while the newer homes mainly need an annual service to keep the manufacturer's warranty valid. Some rural properties around Netherburn and Ashgill are off the gas grid, and we're OFTEC registered for oil as well as Gas Safe for gas.

Prices

A boiler repair call-out is £85. That covers the visit, the diagnosis and the first hour on site, and any parts or extra labour are priced before we carry on. An annual boiler service is £89, a landlord gas safety certificate is £85 for up to three appliances, and new boilers start from £2,500 including VAT, with your exact price for Larkhall shown online.
